Overview
Lifework Sakura is renovating this property to create a comfortable share house where large dogs can bring their families and feel truly at home.
We know that finding a comfortable home for a large dog and their accompanying family is not always easy, so this house is being designed with big dogs in mind from the start — with space to relax, shared living areas, and Café Mango Magic right next door, where large dogs are equally welcome.
Opening is planned for 2027, with monthly rental options including single, double and shared-room occupancy. Dog lovers of all nationalities are welcome.

Large dogs are not an afterthought here. The house is being renovated so that big dogs — and the families they bring with them — can live comfortably.
🛏 Furnished Rooms & Flexible Occupancy
Furnished rooms with single, double and shared-room options, depending on the room and the level of privacy you prefer.
🏠 Shared Living Facilities
A shared kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom/shower, toilets and laundry facilities for everyday living.
📶 Wi-Fi & Parking
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. On-site parking available for residents for an additional monthly fee.
✈️ Airport Pickup by Arrangement
Complimentary pickup from Narita Airport may be available for residents by prior arrangement.
💡 Simple Monthly Living
Monthly rental contracts, with longer stays welcome. Utility arrangements and any common-service charges will be clearly explained before signing.
☕ Café Mango Magic Next Door
Our large-dog-friendly café is right next door. Chairman Sunny visits often, so residents may find themselves making a rather large new friend.
🌏 Dog Lovers of All Nationalities Welcome
Japanese and English support available. What matters most is that you are comfortable sharing your life — and some common space — with dogs.
What to Expect
This is not a five-star hotel, and it is not trying to be one. It is a newly renovated, clean, safe and comfortable home where large dogs are not simply permitted — they are genuinely welcome.
We do not yet have our own dog run, although we hope to create a small one in the future. In the meantime, Narita Yume Bokujo (成田ゆめ牧場) is nearby and has dedicated dog facilities, including a large dog-run area.
The house is also conveniently located for Narita, with Café Mango Magic next door and easy access by car to Narita Airport and central Narita.
Most importantly, we want this to feel like a home: somewhere a big dog can settle down comfortably, bring the family along, and perhaps make a new friend in Sunny when he drops by the café.
